汉坤律师事务所非常高兴地宣布，近日杨铁成律师加盟本所担任合伙人。杨铁成律师将主要在汉坤北京办公室工作。

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Mr. TieCheng Yang has joined the firm as a partner.  Mr. Yang works primarily in the firm's Beijing office.

加入汉坤之前，杨律师是高伟绅律师事务所北京办公室合伙人，也是高伟绅中国区金融监管业务的负责人。

Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Yang was a partner at Clifford Chance and head of its Financial Regulatory Group of China. 

杨律师在中国金融服务相关的法律领域拥有超过20年的经验，包括人民币国际化、银行业务、债券业务(熊猫债券和点心债券)、证券和保险、衍生品、结构性产品、债券通、股票通、上海自贸区、投资基金 (QFII/ RQFII、QDII、人民币基金)、美国《海外账户税收合规法》、CRS、网络安全、金融科技等领域。杨律师重点关注中国金融市场监管的发展，并且历年来对其发展做出了相当的贡献。 2017年《商法》把杨律师列为“百位中国业务优秀律师”。 

Mr. Yang has over 20 years' experience advising clients on issues relating to financial services in China, including but not limited to RMB internationalization, banking, bonds (Panda Bonds and Dim Sum Bonds), securities and insurance, derivatives, structured products, Bond Connect, Stock Connect, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, investment funds (QFII/RQFII, QDII and RMB funds), US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, CRS, cybersecurity and Fintech.  He has a particular focus on the development of financial market regulation in China, and has made significant contributions over the years in this regard.  Mr. Yang is included on the CBLJ 2017 China's Top 100 Lawyers List.   

杨律师是中国银行间市场交易商协会法律委员会委员、《中国银行间市场债券回购交易主协议》起草专家组成员、中国保险资产管理业协会法律与合规委员会委员。杨律师也是清华大学法学院L.L.M.项目的客座教授。

Mr. Yang is a member of NAFMII's Legal Committee, NAFMII's Repo Master Agreement Drafting Committee and IAMAC's Legal and Compliance Committee.  He is also an honored guest professor for the LL.M. program at Tsinghua University School of Law.
